Small groups. Programming tailored to each member's interests and abilities.
Therapy onsite. Physical, occupational, and mental health, prescribed by your provider.
1:6 care ratio. A safe, structured environment staffed by dementia-trained professionals.
Our interdisciplinary team pairs personalized daytime programming with clinical support that evolves as needs change.
Clinical oversight. RN- and MSW-led assessments, medication support, and care coordination.
Earlier visibility. Changes in cognition, mobility, mood, and function.
The right next step. Guidance before crises force harder decisions.
Designed to support the entire family, not just their loved one. We equip caregivers with the time, tools, and support they deserve.
Reliable respite. Time every week to work, rest, or simply breathe.
Support at home. Training and resources to strengthen care outside our center.

Membership
Billed monthly based on attendance. No tiers, no surprise fees.

Daybridge works best when attended two or more days per week — the foundation to build real relationships and real results.
Open Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Extended hours until 6pm are available for families who need them.
